Nüüd Ceramics asutaja ja disainer on Eesti Kunstiakadeemia taustaga keraamikadisainer Mariana Laan. Kasutades julgelt ja mänguliselt erinevaid materjale ja tehnikaid, läheneb disainer traditsioonilisele keraamikale kaasaegses ja uuenduslikus võtmes. Keraamikastuudios valmivad toidunõud ja sisutustooted.
“Minu jaoks on kunstis ja disainis, aga ka laiemalt kõiges ümbritsevas, tähtsaim kompositsioon. Olen alati otsinud esteetilist korrapära. Imetlen vorme ja ruume, millele pole nende täiuslikus lihtsuses midagi lisada. Naudin tööd oma kätega ja vabadust, mis peitub töös savi ja teiste sarnaste materjalidega.”
